Took about an hour and a half to get my whole order! My pizzas came in about 30 mins. They "forgot" my wings said they would be right back and an hour later they showed up with them. Very poor service to say the least.
The wait staff is friendly. Food is ready in a decent amount of time. Cost is reasonable.

Took three hours to get pizza. Literally as 5 minute walk from where I ordered, but they couldn't find me. Called four times, and got hung up on two times. Let's see how they do at my apartment. Love pizza hut, not into corporations, but their service is a little ridiculous.
Love the people and the food. I MISS YOUR BUFFET SO MUCH I CAN TASTE IT. BRING IT BACK TO SATIRDAY. PLEASE!!!
Hey, it's a buffet, what can you say? Decent selection and they keep they pies coming out hot and heavy, never an empty slot. Service is super friendly and they refill as needed without being clingy. They even offered a to go cup at checkout if you so desired. Price is reasonable.
