Room was very clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Staff was very friendly. Nice and fresh Continental breakfast. Convenient love. Close to Shopping and dining.
Rooms tiny bugs all through the room and the hall way and staff acted like it was no big deal very dirty terrible customer service checked out as soon as I saw the room and how dirty it was and how many bugs were in the room and hallway very nasty and asked to speak to a manager and they "weren't available" and said they couldn't give me a refund until I spoke to a manager that wasn't available the Hampton inn directly behind it is an amazing hotel at a fairly similar price would never recommend staying at this roach motel
Bed was clean, room was mostly clean but small and smelled like smoke. Cleaning bottle was left in my room, spots of mold on the bathroom wallpaper, toothpaste on the faucet. Breakfast was insane and they ran out of waffle mix the first day and regular coffee the second day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I had to do graphics work during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by their wifi. Decent hotel for a short stay.
Stayed in this hotel one night when I took my son to college. Took a shower - not strong water flow but tolerable. Got ready for bed late in the evening and pulled open my bed to find dried blood spots not only on the coverlet and the comforter, but also on one side of the inner sheet. Pushed the bloodied area away from me and slept on other side of the bed. Reported the issue in the morning. Staff did not apologize or respond. Asked to speak with manager who was not available. Asked for manager to call me to discuss, and I made follow-up phone calls over the next few days. No call back from the manager. I don't recommend this hotel due to lack of service/response by hotel employees and dried blood spots on and in my bed.
Tolerable for over night stay. Rooms fairly clean but free breakfast tastes like cardboard
