My father was here for about a week due to suicidal idealizations he was experiencing after being put on Latuda, not to mention severe panic attacks. I thought he was having a seizure when we got to the emergency room. When he was placed at Meadville, they took him off of EVERY medication he has been on for twenty some years and has now been at a different psychiatric hospital for a month because he couldn't remember who I was, couldn't speak, wouldn't eat or take care of himself, causing him to go into kidney failure among other things, about a week or two weeks after having all of his medications switched for things you'd put an environmentally depressed thirteen year old on. Not a 54 year old man with severe bi polar depression that he's had since before I was born. Saint Vincent checked him for all sorts of neurological problems and all the tests came back negative. His tongue was swollen, he was jerky and still now can barely put together a sentence. If I had a lawyer, I'd get due justice for every tear and every terrible thing that's happened since he came out of this place.
