When I called about the error, they said only solution was to have my friend return them for the bouquet I requested originally.

I called over the phone and spoke with Mary Anne. She was incredible nice and helpful. I told her what colors I was looking for and my price range and she helped me build an arrangement.
Why should I have to ask my friend to do this extra work to correct an error on a present she received? I am disappointed. I guess I should have gone with a big box store instead.
