I had a sucessful treatment plan with my counselor who was always compassionate and really made me feel like she had a genuine concern to help me deal with my issues.
Have not received any response from the intake coordinator. Very disappointed in their lack of concern for my mental health. Need med refills and had to contact family doctor to receive the much needed help. Would NOT recommend this facility.
This was a good place until they brought in this new doctor. Firstly, you can barely make out what he’s saying with his heavy foreign accent. Secondly, he clearly doesn’t care about kids. Thirdly, he is very rude, argumentative, and constantly interrupts while you’re talking to him. Our sole appointment with him was 2 major steps back for my son, and we now are in the process of starting over with a new doctor. Bottom line, Dr. Aslo is a major downgrade from their former doctor, Dr. Rock. Avoid, go elsewhere, for your child’s sake. This place is a waste of time now.
