Great atmosphere friendly staff must go to
I am in love. My hair has never looked better! Cannot wait to go back.
The atmosphere is very impressing, staff and owners are very friendly. Everyone does a great job, you will not leave here disappointed!
I took my two daughters here on July 27, I have one positive and one negative review. Starting with the positive, one got her hair lightened using the balayage technique and it turned out very nice and is happy with it. My other daughter wanted pink highlights in her hair. We were informed that her hair would need to be lightened and after that to add the pink. We were fine with this and were also fine with the estimate of it costing $180. Well, the next day, her hair was orange...and not just where the pink was but all of her hair...it looked awful. She washed it that night and things did not get better. I called Aella and they made appointment for her in a few days. At the second appointment, her hair was lightened and she is now very blonde (which looks better than orange). So we are probably going to have to take her (somewhere else) again to try to fix her hair again. I understand mistakes happen and we can't always predict how the hair is going to take the color. However, they did charge me again for the second appointment. So we spent a total of $250 and 7 hours to have her hair not look anything like what she wanted and are still going to have to spend more time and money to get this fixed. I am very disappointed in them and very frustrated that they charged me another $68 to fix this mistake.
Aella is a spa experience not to miss! The staff is courteous, flexible, well trained and collaborates together to ensure that the customer's experience is to the highest expectations.
